Privacy Policy
The short version: your recordings never leave your device, and we collect only what we need to sell you a license and answer your emails.

1. Who is responsible for your data
SnapZoom LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States, operates SnapZoom. For any privacy question or request, email hello@snapzoom.io or call +1 307 855 1266.
2. Your recordings
Screen recordings, webcam footage, and audio are processed and stored locally on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers. We cannot see, access, or recover your recordings.
3. Data we do collect

4. Payment data
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers. We receive only the purchase confirmation, your email address, and the last 4 digits of your card (for support purposes, via the Stripe dashboard).
5. Third-party services
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email (license delivery, contact form)
- Vercel — website hosting
Each processes data under its own privacy policy and our data processing agreements with them.
6. What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal data.
- We never access your recordings.
- We never send marketing email without your explicit consent.
7. Data retention
Purchase records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law. Contact form messages are deleted after 24 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@snapzoom.io — we respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies
The website uses only functional storage (e.g. remembering your dark/light theme preference). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
